We’re leaking! Help!

St. Lukes is in desperate need of your help!

Recently, we have faced a significant challenge: the south aisle of
our beloved church has sustained damage due to water ingress.
This deterioration not only affects the structural integrity of the building
but also threatens the sacred space.

We urgently need your help to repair the south aisle and preserve the sanctity of St. Luke's Church. Your donation can help fund essential repairs, ensuring that our church remains a safe and welcoming place for worship and community gatherings.

Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to restoring and protecting our cherished church. Together, we can safeguard St. Luke's for future generations.

Thank you for your support and generosity.

Pay Station

Single donations can be made in the church collection plate before communion, the donation box, or if you don’t have any cash, you can select a preset donation amount and tap your card on our contactless card reader. If you are a UK taxpayer eligible for Gift Aid, please place your donation in one of the green envelopes available in the church and complete your details on the front – this allows us to claim a further 25% on your donation from HMRC.

Parish Giving Scheme

The Parish Giving Scheme is a Church of England initiative that allows you to donate by direct debit. They manage all aspects of the donation process for us, including making Gift Aid claims if you are an eligible UK taxpayer, and this significantly reduces our administrative workload. Please speak to Deacon Julie if you would like a sign up form.

Gift Aid Donations Box

Gift Aid is an important national scheme
enabling registered charities like St. Lukes to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers, effectively increasing the amount of these donations by 25%.

Online Giving

Much like our Pay Station at the back of church, we use Give A Little & SumUp as a cashless fundraising alternative. To make a donation using this service, please follow the ‘Donate’ button at the top of the page.
